Azimuth Consulting Group is founded on the big idea of positive leadership. The foundation of our coaching is a strengths-based approach that relies on self-awareness and identifying your best self - as an individual, as a team, and even, as an organization. Our advisors are certified in the Birkman Method, the Hogan Assessment, and CliftonStrengths Assessment. The context derived from these tools helps shape the content of the "Mapping My Journey" process. We believe that the correct azimuth can only be derived from a significant amount of context to ensure that all perspectives are considered before the content of the plan is finalized, action is taken, and commitment to that plan is coached.
